Refund and Return Policy

At Cosmetics parlor, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your products, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 30 days from the date of purchase, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • The item is in its original packaging with tags still attached.
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions:

  • Opened or Used Products: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products (such as skincare, makeup, and haircare items).
  • Sale or Clearance Items: All items marked as "final sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. How to Return an Item

To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We may provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number or shipping instructions.
  3. Return the Product: Pack the item securely, including the original receipt or proof of purchase, and ship it back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  4. Inspection and Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please note:

  • Refunds for returned items will include the cost of the product minus any applicable shipping fees.
  • Shipping costs for the return will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your credit card or bank account, depending on your financial institution.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

We will offer a full refund or exchange for defective items within 30 days of purchase. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged or defective item to help us process your return.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized items
  • Opened or used products (such as makeup, skincare, hair care, etc.)

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you'd like.
